Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. in Kokomo, IN, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our waterworks branch operations. This hands-on role supervises 3–5 associates, manages daily operations, and ensures outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong operational and financial skills, capable of solving problems and leading a team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in day-to-day branch functions.
• Water, wastewater or related infrastructure industry experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
• Understanding of sales side of the business and how to influence sales.
• Strong relationship building skills (customers, vendors, associates, etc).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Financial literacy with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

• Supervisory Duties: Conduct all aspects of employee management, including hiring and scheduling.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Kokomo, IN. waterworks branch operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong operational and financial competence.

Position Details

Reports to the Senior General Manager Direct oversight of 3 - 5 associates Manages branch volume of $10MM - $16MM

Pay Range

• $4,766.67
• $7,625.00
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
