Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches; reliable transportation.
• Effective written & spoken communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete duties accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must work at the assigned branch location except in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Achieve branch sales targets and meet goals for company products and services.
• Review applications and offer loan solutions using product knowledge.
• Learn lending and collections duties through the Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily tasks to ensure quality customer service.
• Approve policy exceptions as directed by management, considering retention and risk.
