Berkshire Production Supply LLC seeks a Branch Manager for our Portland, OR facility. You will lead branch operations, guide staff, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating warehousing and sales activities to meet local demand.

Ideal candidates have Inside Sales or supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Authorized to work in the United States with local residency preferred.

Competenze

• Ability to lead branch operations including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and relations.
• Experience in Inside Sales and/or warehouse supervisory roles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead branch performance and customer relations.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns via phone, email, and counter.
• Coordinate stocking levels with Sales Representatives to meet local needs.
• Resolve escalated customer and service issues.
