Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in the Ransomville area, delivering exceptional client service and growing small business relationships. You will coach staff, manage branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive community engagement aligned with the Branch Playbook.

The role requires 3+ years of sales leadership, 3+ years in small business banking, and strong financial acumen. Bachelor's degree preferred; Saturday work may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Understanding of consumer credit incl. loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage COIs to promote business.
• Experience influencing partners across bank lines (Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
• Strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Outside calling to small business clients to grow relationships.
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team to meet activity and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
• Staff, schedule, and onboard branch team; recruit and train new teammates.
• Provide coaching and performance management using the Branch Playbook.
• Collaborate with COIs and partners to expand client base and deepen relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and risk controls; manage Saturdays as needed.
