Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for financial management.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales or operations in the Industrial Supply Industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency with ERP systems and reporting.
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution software a plus; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the inside sales team to retain current customers and attract new, profitable clients.
• Oversee purchasing to ensure on-time delivery to customers and manage branch operations.
• Supervise warehouse and assembly teams, ensuring alignment with branch goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to meet customer needs.
• Manage financial aspects including sales, expenses, and asset control.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with local suppliers to support operations.
