Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and support operations in Salem, Oregon. You will oversee daily branch activities, supervise security personnel, manage client relationships, ensure compliance, and drive branch performance in a 24/7 operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of security management, an active armed license, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to client sites and on-call duties are required, with a commitment to IPSC values.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites
• Flexible availability, including on‑call responsibilities
