Job summary

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and support security operations in the Los Angeles to Inland Empire region. The role oversees daily branch activities, client relationships, and field operations while maintaining compliance and driving performance.

The ideal candidate has an active armed security license, at least 3 years of management experience, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active armed security license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites.
• Flexible availability, including on-call responsibilities.
• Willing to submit to background and/or drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch and field operations.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.
