Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and support operations in the Honolulu, HI area. You will oversee daily branch operations, support security personnel, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance, and drive branch performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who balances field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities in a 24/7 security environment.

Qualifications

• Active Armed Security License required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel to client sites.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Active Armed Security License
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 25 years oldAbility to travel regularly to client sites
• Flexible availability, including on-call responsibilities
• Willing to submit to any required background and/or drug screens
