Job summary

Airgas is hiring for a Branch Manager in Port Huron, MI, to oversee daily store operations and drive sales and margin goals. You will lead a team, promote outstanding customer service, manage inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Base pay with bonus opportunities; schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend work. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution or delivery management.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• P&L management and KPI use.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Nurture inventory levels and manage expenses.
• Lead training for inside sales staff on products and safety.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with HR and senior management.
