Qualifications

• Active Series 7/24/63/65/66 licenses and life/health licenses are required.
• 5+ years' of industry experience required.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, policies and supervisory systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain advisors and staff through onboarding, coaching, performance management and engagement.
• Supervise branch activities, approve advertising/marketing requests and review client trade activity; respond to inquiries on compliance policies.
• Understand firm's products and provide training for Financial Advisors and staff to drive initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive financial and planning advice to clients.
• Work with team to achieve firm's goals.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a high functioning team of advisors and managing the daily administration, supervision and adherence to branch policies and procedures in addition to delivering personalized client-first investment solutions designed to help clients grow wealth and protect what they've earned. They should be comfortable leading by example in fostering a positive and inclusice workplace culture where all employees feel respected, valued and have the opportunity to cliets and the firm's success.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain advisors, Wealth Management and Client Associates through onboarding, active coaching, performance management and employee engagement.
• Accountable for supervising branch activities, approving advertising and marketing requests and reviewing client trade activity, approving new accounts and responding to inquiries regarding compliance policies and procedures.
• Understand firm's prodcuts and provide training for Financial Advisors and staff to help drive firm initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive financial and planning advice to clients,
• Work with team to achieve firm's goals.

Requirements

• Series 7, 24, 63/65 or 66 and life and health licenses are required.
• 5+ years' of industry experience
• Knowledge of industry regulations, policies and supervisory systems.
• Ability to provide effective communication, coaching and feedback to branch teams at all levels.
