Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead field and office teams, grow profitability, and uphold our safety-first culture. You will manage P&L, report to the Regional Manager, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires crane industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in crane service industry.
• Crane field service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers including Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven financial and operational knowledge.
• Ability to learn accounting software (NetSuite a plus).
• Proven organizational and leadership skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage field and office personnel, with support from Regional Manager and Corporate Office.
• Grow branch profitability by providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive our safety culture, ensuring crane service work is performed safely and professionally.
• Maintain branch P&L statements in accordance with corporate margin guidelines, provide monthly financial reports to the Regional Zone Manager.
• Create a team atmosphere where employees are valued and supported within our 5 Marks culture.
• Lead in a fast-paced environment, adjust quickly to change, and provide strong leadership.

Hoist & Crane Service Group is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. Branch Managers are responsible for:

• Managing field and office personnel, with the support of the Regional Manager and Corporate Office
• Growing branch profitability by providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Driving our award-winning safety culture, ensuring all crane service work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintaining branch profit/loss statements in accordance with corporate margin guidelines, providing financial monthly reports to the Regional Zone Manager.
• Creates a team atmosphere where all employees are valued and supported within our 5 Marks culture.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the crane service industry, some in the field. He/she will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjust quickly to change, and be able to provide strong leadership.

Qualifications

Qualified Branch Manager candidates will have the following:

• 5+ years management experience in the Crane Service Industry
• Crane field service experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient with computers including Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven financial and operational knowledge
• Ability to learn and become proficient in accounting software programs (NetSuite a plus)
• Proven organizational and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
