Job summary

WESTERN FINANCE in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking a full-time Branch Manager to lead the sales and service efforts at our local office. You will manage staff, oversee cash flow, maintain security, and mentor junior employees to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, be organized, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and dress in brand-approved attire.
