Job summary

Huntington in Ohio is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of the branch, including sales, service, and operations. You will coach the team, drive budgeted production, acquire new customers, and deepen relationships with existing clients.

You will refer customers to other bank areas, build partnerships in the community, oversee hiring, and ensure compliance with policy, risk, and security. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused

Qualifications

Requires at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with prior management experience.
Strong ability to drive branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
Lead team to achieve budgeted production goals and drive business inside/outside the branch.
Refer customers to other areas of the bank to meet needs and deepen relationships.
Oversee branch operations; ensure compliance with risk, security and regulatory policies.
Recruiting and hiring to maintain staffing aligned with Huntington’s culture.
Develop partnerships to drive business in the market area.
