Greenix is seeking a Branch Manager in Massachusetts to lead our growing pest control operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure World Class Service, and drive growth through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Pest control experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the team is working effectively, operating proficiently, and delivering World Class Service.
• Work closely with branch employees to ensure quality and timely work is delivered to every customer.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales.
• Have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs, perform office duties on Monday and Friday, and perform full-day visits with team members out in the field.
