Job summary

Greenix is seeking a Branch Manager in Millbury, MA to lead a team delivering World Class Service in pest control. You will oversee daily operations, manage training, compliance, HR, and sales, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

This role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and prior management experience; pest control experience is a plus. We offer weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous Management experience.
• Pest Control experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is working effectively, operating proficiently, and delivering World Class Service.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales.
• Have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs, perform office duties on Monday and Friday, and conduct full-day visits with team members out in the field.
