Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, lead the management team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and align staff while driving growth and profitability across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience a plus.
• Available to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the Branch.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team to develop and implement action plans that meet objectives.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and coach the team to take action.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
