SitePro Rentals in Houston is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team, set the safety and service tone, and ensure reliable operations. You will drive sales and rental performance while focusing on customer care and strong workplace culture.

You’ll oversee fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation, while coaching your team and building lasting relationships with customers to fuel growth and profitability.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
• A proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
