Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to direct all location operations, lead the team, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will coordinate with Sales and Parts, develop forecasts, and drive profitable results for the site. The role reports to the Divisional General Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and process improvements to meet growth and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participates in establishing long-range goals, objectives, and/or strategies and leads the location personnel in achieving business goals and needs.
• Promotes safety to all employees by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and Corporate standards.
• Formulates the business forecast and operating plan for the branch.
• Confers with Corporate and Divisional leadership to review and discuss operation performance and assist with making any changes.
• Works directly with corporate departments to achieve the location goals; including but not limited to Human Resources, IT, and Accounting.
• Works towards resolving all customer or employee issues to achieve the best possible outcome.
