Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience or equivalent management experience.
• Strong understanding of small business deposits/credit.
• Good working knowledge of financial statements and consumer credit concepts.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to achieve activity, behavior and outcome targets.
• Coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard new teammates.
