Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in land development and permitting (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Professional Engineer license (PE).
• Proven experience leading teams, managing operations, and delivering against financial metrics.
• Strong business development background with established local industry relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch-level operations and execute growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership.
• Oversee land development projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial sectors.
• Serve as a senior client partner, strengthening relationships and expanding the firm’s local market presence.
• Mentor, develop, and empower senior and mid-level professionals while building future leaders.
• Ensure quality assurance, operational excellence, and consistent project delivery.
• Manage branch financial performance, resource planning, and operational workflows.
