Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills with minimal supervision.
Experience with mainframe and common office software.

Responsibilities

Supervise tellers, new accounts and branch staff; open/close the branch.
Model and reinforce superior customer service through leadership and staff training.
Handle inquiries and refer to appropriate departments as needed.
Ensure audit compliance and quality control via branch reviews and cash audits.
Drive branch sales through product knowledge and cross-selling while managing resources.
Oversee lending functions including origination, processing, booking, and collections.
Prepare and review branch reports and cash flow of funds.
