Aire Serv is part of Complete Home Services and seeks a high-performing Branch Manager to lead the Memphis operation. You will develop technicians and support staff, drive revenue, and impact financial performance while living our Code of Values.

You will balance people, profit, and performance, building a winning culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership or management.
• Residential HVAC industry experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational and financial performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations, including field technicians, dispatching, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent.
• Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Partner with dispatch and field teams to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
• Manage inventory, fleet, equipment, and facility resources.
• Deliver exceptional service experiences that drive customer retention and referrals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior HVAC branch management experience
• Experience leading multiple technicians and support staff
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience
• P&L management experience
• Home services industry leadership experience
