Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety; organize safety meetings and enforce safety rules.

• Ensure quality customer service for phone, walk-in, and delivery customers.
• Review financial statements and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with other branches to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
