Responsibilities

• Direct and organize reservations and pickups; develop vendor relationships.
• Develop location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
• Hold weekly staff meetings and conduct monthly business reviews to align KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and maintain positive employee relations.
