Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Buckhannon, WV to lead our team in delivering client-focused financial solutions. You will drive sales, manage a branch P&L, and mentor staff to deliver superior customer service while maintaining compliance.

You will develop lending and deposit strategies, leverage Salesforce for client interactions, and build relationships with community partners to grow the branch presence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• 1–3 years' experience in a manager role preferred.
• Must be able to pass background and credit standards to hold NMLS credentials.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales success as an individual and as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch employee and business development.
• Manage a sales pipeline and achieve branch goals.
• Turn service encounters into opportunities for clients.
• Develop lending and deposit product knowledge and cross-sell.
• Coach staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Utilize Salesforce for client interactions and sales activities.
• Build external relationships and community involvement.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and periodic coaching sessions.
