Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a full-service financial office in San Jose, CA. You will drive sales, control expenses, ensure excellent member service and maintain strong community relations.

The role requires notary authorization, financial institution know-how, and leadership of up to four staff. You will coordinate audits, risk management, and staff training while promoting growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a financial institution is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with credit union operations and IRA products.

Responsibilities

• Sales management and achievement of financial targets.
• Audit and compliance oversight.
• Risk management and control of expenses.
• Deliver exceptional member service and advocate for the brand.
• Supervise up to four staff and coordinate training.
