Regions Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Bentonville, AR to lead a small to moderate team, drive sales, and deliver high-quality customer service while helping customers achieve financial wellness.

You will recruit, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance; a Life Insurance license is expected within 12 months. The role requires weekend availability and offers a commission-based incentive plan.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance license within 12 months of hire and continuing education for licensing.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a branch team to drive revenue by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to attract new business clients and expand existing relationships.
• Educates customers and staff about Regions products and digital banking solutions.
• Coaches branch associates through the iConnect sales, service and coaching process with mentor guidance.
• Provides timely coaching to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Educates customers on loan and deposit products, annuities, and life insurance offerings.
• Ensures a consistent customer experience including greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Resolves issues with leadership and HR guidance and manages branch risk and compliance.
• Manages recruiting and selection for the branch.
• Maintains relationships with business partners and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank policies and operational risk management duties.
