Job summary

Currency Exchange International seeks a Full-Time Retail Branch Manager for the Boca Town Center location in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead daily branch operations, ensure compliance, provide exceptional customer service, manage staff, and drive branch performance within budget.

Responsibilities include training, inventory control, security adherence, and coordinating local marketing efforts while maintaining strong relationships with the landlord and partners.

Qualifications

• Adherence to Retail Policy Procedure Manual.
• Provide excellent customer service to store clients.
• Ensure branch meets performance targets and budget.
• Train new employees and maintain branch appearance.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain inventories of foreign and US currencies.
