Branch Manager for a TOP Real Estate Firm (Over 1000 Agents) Job Responsibilities:

1. Originate and process mortgage loan applications from various sources, including referrals, real estate professionals, and existing clients.
2. Guide borrowers through the loan application process, explaining the different options and helping them choose the right mortgage product.
3. Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending standards.
4. Maintain communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan approval and closing process.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and loan product offerings.

Branch Manager for a TOP Real Estate Firm (Over 1000 Agents) Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
2. Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and loan guidelines.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficient in industry-specific software and technology.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Active NMLS license required.

Looking for a minimum of 10 Mortgage Loan Originators

Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
2. Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
3. Closed Sundays/Holidays

Supplemental Pay:

1. W-2 or 1099
2. Base and/or Commission pay depending on the legal position
3. Signing bonus for Top Originators and/or Business Development Representatives MMI verified
