United Rentals East Wenatchee Branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a diverse team and drive profitability. You’ll oversee sales, service, maintenance and logistics while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen and customer-focused execution.

You’ll manage reports, budgets and operating reviews, while guiding personnel decisions and safety programs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a solid track record in branch management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of branch management with P&L experience.
• Strong sales and customer service background with leadership skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, reporting and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
