Airgas Odessa, TX branch seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations of the welding equipment rental unit under the Regional Operations Manager. You will drive customer service, asset quality, inventory control, safety, recruitment, and training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proven team leadership; a Bachelor’s degree and SAP knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) match and tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading a team of six or more.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures exemplary customer service at the branch.
• Maintains a high turn-around rate and quality of rental assets.
• Oversees inventory, repairs, and fleet transfers.
• Supports branch recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensures safety audits and compliance.
• Approves branch purchases and manages A/R collections.
• Conducts annual performance reviews.
• Mentors staff and documents deficiencies.
