Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) seeks a Branch Manager in Yuma, AZ to lead daily branch operations, drive customer service, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-growing distribution environment.

You will oversee inventory, safety, budgeting, and sales forecasting while aligning with FBM values and district leadership. A Bachelor's in business and 2+ years of management in construction materials are preferred; base salary $70,000–$75,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience, preferably in construction or building materials distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels.
• Forecast and manage sales performance in a high-growth environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for all branch personnel; recruit and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish short- and long-term business goals and align with FBM initiatives.
