Job summary

Clark's Quality Roofing is seeking a General Manager to lead the commercial roofing division, overseeing operations, project management, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of commercial roofing or relatable experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects and teams.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• OSHA certification or strong knowledge of safety standards preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred (but not required).
