Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of staffing experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and closing.
• Experience in human resources or business services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies for new, active, and inactive accounts.
• Identify prospects and create customized approaches to win new business.
• Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management teams.

• Collaborate with field and regional management to plan and execute strategic initiatives.

• Support team members with guidance, training, and coaching to ensure success.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
