Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a dynamic leader to grow a customer-focused branch team. You will present lending options, model service excellence and drive engagement through coaching and development.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage compliance and collections, and ensure branch goals are met while upholding OneMain values and a culture of continuous improvement. This on-site role offers growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a team and coaching.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required

• College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience

LOCATION: On site

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts
