The ideal candidate has 5+ years in branch leadership with strong financial acumen, people development, and the ability to manage P&L, safety, and service quality while building a high-performing team onsite.

Qualifications

• Possess a Business Management degree with strong financial acumen.
• 5+ years in branch leadership within equipment or rental industries.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales teams.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
