Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years of branch management or equivalent experience in equipment rental.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Onsite work five days per week.
• Experience leading sales, service, fleet maintenance and logistics teams.
• P&L management and financial reporting experience.
• Construction or industrial market experience.
• Experience hiring and developing sales teams.
