Job summary

QXO is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a profit center, manage operations and administration, and drive growth. You will shape strategic direction and work across functions to maximize profitability.

You will recruit, train, and lead the sales team, analyze trends for opportunities, collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager to maintain financial stability, and nurture vendor relationships while promoting a safety-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or 1–2 years' related experience.
• Prior leadership in industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and team.
• Organizational and time-management skills with prioritization and delegation.

Responsibilities
