TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to drive profitable growth by overseeing sales, operations, and administration at the Toledo branch. You will directly manage P&L and EBITDA while protecting assets and ensuring policy compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, capability to develop market opportunities and pricing strategies, and coordination of sales with operations. A degree or 5 years metals sales experience is preferred; proficiency with Excel/Word is expected.
This position is accountable and responsible for providing profitable growth utilizing innovative management techniques. In addition, Branch Managers are directly responsible for protecting the branch facility assets, creating and monitoring the branch budget and maintaining a high level of ethics in all transactions. Directs sales programs and distribution by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
This position requires well developed management skills, ability to manage employees and sales programs, knowledge of operations and distribution, as well as an understanding of the branch’s objectives.
