Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to oversee and manage warehouse personnel and coordinate the scheduling of crews. This position will require strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee warehouse personnel and crews, ensuring proper staffing for all shifts
  • Create and maintain schedules for crews, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and safe manner
  • Monitor and track project progress, addressing any delays or issues that arise
  • Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Review project specifications, manage resources, and prepare necessary reports
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel and crews
  • Resolve conflicts and manage the performance of team members to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Project Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with project management software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in scheduling and managing warehouse personnel is preferred
