Job summary

Senior Helpers in Summerville, SC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations, build referral networks, and grow the business. You will oversee client services, caregiver teams, and ensure high-quality care while staying compliant with state regulations.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to develop partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and physicians to drive growth and service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, or a related field.
• Business development or referral relationships experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN or LPN license a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Senior Helpers is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-drivenBranch Managerto lead operations, develop referral relationships, and drive business growth in our Summerville territory.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, including operations, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

This position oversees client services, caregiver teams, training, and service delivery, including direct supervision of a Client Services Manager who handles client assessments, care plans, and ongoing client coordination. The Branch Manager focuses on leadership, operational excellence, referral development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Operations

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and service expansion.

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, staffing, and operational performance.

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch performance and growth goals.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.

Business Development & Marketing

• Actively grow the Summerville branchthrough referral development, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians, hospice providers, and other referral sources.

• Conduct regular referral partner visits to generate new business opportunities.

• Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, community organizations, and professional meetings.

• Partner with marketing teams to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.

• Track referral activity, conversion rates, and growth opportunities.

• Identify new partnerships and opportunities to expand services throughout the territory.

Client Services, Care Team & Quality Oversight

• Provide leadership and oversight of client services, caregiver teams, training, and overall quality of care.

• Supervise and support the Client Services Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences, satisfaction, and retention.

• Ensure consistent service delivery, continuity of care, and compliance with company standards.

• Oversee caregiver performance, training, development, and retention in collaboration with recruiting and scheduling teams.

• Foster accountability, effective communication, and continuous improvement across all care operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, or a related field.

• Business development, marketing, or referral relationship experience strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage teams, build relationships, and achieve growth goals.

• Knowledge of the Summerville and greater Charleston healthcare market preferred.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN or LPN license a plus but not required.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
