Job summary

American Pest is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic region with responsibility for the branch's Profit & Loss, culture, and customer experience. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations across the branch.

You will shape strategy as a Leadership Team member, drive continuous improvement, and help the branch become the preferred pest control provider.

What You'll Do...

As a Branch Manager at American Pest, you'll lead every aspect of your branch's success. You'll own your region's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance while building, developing, and coaching a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional pest management solutions. No two days are exactly alike. You might spend your morning reviewing branch performance, coaching a manager or technician, and interviewing potential new hires before meeting with a high-profile customer, solving an operational challenge, and planning for your branch's future growth in the afternoon. As a member of our Leadership Team, you'll help shape business strategy, drive continuous improvement, and play a direct role in our mission to remain the preferred pest control provider throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Who You Are...

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Firm understanding of customer service and de-escalation
• Ability to hold team accountable - daily check-ins, goal setting, performance management, etc.
• Sales Leadership ability with a history of revenue generation and growth
• Exceptional Operational leadership skills
• Experience successfully managing a P&L statement preferred
• The proven ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience with interviewing and hiring with an eye for selection & retention
• Outstanding leadership and people development skills with a focus on training
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
• Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position self to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces
• Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
• Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays
• High school degree or equivalent
