Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, service, and growth at our Sandusky branch. You will mentor staff, uphold strong cash controls, and embody professional standards that reflect our core values.

You will build long-term relationships with members, deliver a welcoming, solutions-focused experience, and partner with community organizations to advance financial education and local partnerships.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: 3–5 years experience in a financial institution.
• Preferred: 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Education: Associate of Applied Business or better in Banking & Finance or related field.
