Job summary

Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager for its San Diego operation. This full P&L leadership role manages a $7M to $15M branch, leading Account Managers and field leaders to retain clients long-term.

The role requires overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and safety standards while driving growth with HOA and commercial clients. Relocation to San Diego, CA is expected for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of a branch or business unit P&L.
• Progressive leadership in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Experience managing managers and a large field workforce.
• Strong client relationships with HOA/commercial accounts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.
• Lead and develop Account Managers, production managers, and 50+ field team.
• Drive client retention across commercial and HOA maintenance.
• Grow enhancement revenue and support new business with existing and prospective clients.
• Set and hold standards for safety, quality, and field accountability.
• Use operating systems and data to run efficient routing, scheduling, and crew productivity.

Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with an established commercial landscape company to hire a Branch Manager for its San Diego operation. This is a full P&L leadership role for an operator who can grow a $7M to $15M branch, lead a team of Account Managers and field leaders, and keep clients for the long term.

What You Will Do

• Own branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing
• Lead and develop Account Managers, production managers, and a 50+ person field team
• Drive client retention across the commercial and HOA maintenance portfolio
• Grow enhancement revenue and support new business with existing and prospective clients
• Set and hold standards for safety, quality, and field accountability
• Use operating systems and data to run efficient routing, scheduling, and crew productivity

What You Bring

• Progressive leadership experience in commercial landscape maintenance operations
• Proven ownership of a branch or business unit P&L
• Experience managing managers and a large field workforce
• Strong client relationship skills, including HOA and commercial property accounts
• Experience with landscape business software (Aspire or similar) preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA

Compensation

• Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, plus benefits
