Summary
The Branch Manager owns the full performance of the branch: profitability, client retention, safety, compliance, and people. The branch may include maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, and arbor operations, as applicable. The role’s primary job is making sure the branch operating system runs as designed every day, not just that work gets done, and correcting gaps quickly.
This is a field-based leadership role. The Branch Manager is expected to be present in the yard and on properties regularly, verifying performance firsthand rather than relying on verbal reports.
