A well-established distribution organization is conducting a confidential search for a driven, entrepreneurial leader to oversee a branch in the Roanoke, Virginia area. The Branch Manager will be accountable for the branch’s overall performance, including profitable sales growth, operations, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety, and financial results. Required Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership and business development.
• Proven experience managing branch or operational financial performance.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience with inventory management, physical inventories, and cycle counting.
