Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team in a hands-on environment, driving strong business acumen and professional conduct. The role requires autonomy and a focus on developing others while meeting branch goals.

You will oversee daily operations, emphasize safety, and maintain excellent customer service, with an emphasis on collaborative leadership and strategic growth for the branch in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• Attendance – maintain scheduled days and onsite presence at the assigned location.
• Physical capacities – lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Operation of office equipment – use computers, copiers, and standard office tools.
• Oral and written communication – clear speaking, reading, and writing.
• Mental capacities – a broad set of cognitive and interpersonal skills required to perform the role.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver's license is required.
• A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
