Reece USA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading branch operations and the sales team in Denver. You will drive performance, develop staff, and cultivate strong vendor and customer relationships to achieve goals.

You will coach employees, uphold safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service while focusing on measurable results and branch growth. This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and on-site presence.

YOUR BACKGROUND

A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent job experience

Valid driver's license is required.

A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) is beneficial.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
