Job summary

Wallace Management Company LLC is seeking a friendly Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. This on-site, full-time role offers growth opportunities in a multi-branch network and requires strong leadership to drive performance.

Travel may be required. You will grow accounts and receivables, maintain policy compliance, report to the District Manager, and help create a productive, customer-focused branch culture.

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch staff.
• Train new employees and develop skills per policies and branch ops and laws.
• Keep District Manager updated on branch performance.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet production standards.
• Grow accounts and receivables by new and retained borrowers.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Conduct internal audits to satisfactory or better.
• Ensure delinquent work is completed daily.
• Handle serious customer issues requiring management.

The Branch Manager Role Responsibilities include:

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
• Trains new employees and develops their skills and understanding of company policies and all phases of branch operations, procedures and laws governing the consumer finance business.
• Keep the District Manager up to date on the overall performance of the branch.
• Provide leadership necessary to motivate employees and create and maintain a high degree of branch production by achieving company standards.
• Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through obtaining new borrowers and retaining existing borrowers.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain good customer relations
• Maintain internal audits to satisfactory or better.
• See that all delinquent work is completed each day.
• Handle all serious customer issues that require management assistance.

This position may require occasional travel.
