Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking a People Operations Associate in Utah to support employees through recruiting, onboarding, licensing, and offboarding. You will help manage records, training, and licensing while coordinating with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate, confidential, and timely support.

The role emphasizes organization, process discipline, and a desire to grow a long-term career in Human Resources within a fast-paced pest control company.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional service, communicate clearly, organize work, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and consistently apply detailed procedures, controls, and escalation paths.
  • Working capability with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn HRIS and case management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees by answering questions and helping resolve People Operations issues.
  • Coordinate recruiting, background checks, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and complete transactions within Workday and other systems.
  • Track required employee training and follow up as needed.
  • Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Licensing, and other teams to provide exceptional employee support.
  • Contribute to special projects, audits, open enrollment, and seasonal initiatives that impact the employee experience.
  • Help support employee benefits, audits, high-volume hiring, and other seasonal or special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
